President Barack Obama has addressed the U.S.-Islamic World Forum by video this evening in Doha, speaking of ways to transform the initiatives mentioned in last June's Cairo speech into action. In addition, he named his Deputy Associate Counsel (and Forum participant) Rashad Hussain as Special Envoy to the Organization of the Islamic Conference.
